About Arthrology Chiropractic

What makes Arthrology Chiropractic different?

Arthrology Chiropractic is a boutique practice that focuses on evidence-informed care for your muscles and joints, performance, and long-term health. We offer longer appointments, short wait times, and personal, one-on-one care that’s more than just quick adjustments. Our treatment plans are based on thorough assessments and include hands-on care and corrective exercises.

Who do you typically work with?

We often help active adults, professionals, and athletes who want to move better, stay active, and take care of their long-term health. This includes runners, strength athletes, golfers, CrossFit athletes, and people with ongoing or recurring muscle and joint pain.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat many types of muscle and joint problems, such as:
  • Back and neck pain
  • Shoulder, hip, and knee pain
  • Headaches
  • Sports and overuse injuries
  • Joint stiffness and mobility limitations
  • Chronic pain related to movement or posture
If you’re not sure whether we’re right for you, you can schedule a Discovery Visit to discuss your concerns.

Your First Visit

What happens during my first appointment?

At your first visit, we’ll do a thorough evaluation to learn about your symptoms, how you move, and your goals. This may include:

  • Detailed health and injury history
  • Orthopedic and neurological testing
  • Movement and mobility assessment
  • Treatment on the same visit when appropriate

Our goal is to find out why you’re having problems, not just focus on where it hurts.

How long is the first visit?

Your first visit usually lasts 60 to 75 minutes, so we have plenty of time for a full evaluation and treatment without rushing.
Follow-up visits usually take 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your care plan.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes that let you move easily. Athletic or casual wear works well.

Will treatment hurt?

Most treatments are comfortable and easy to handle. Some people feel mild soreness afterward, like after exercise, but this usually goes away within a day or two.

Chiropractic Care & Safety

Is chiropractic care safe?

Chiropractic care is safe and non-invasive when done by a licensed professional. At Arthrology Chiropractic, we base all treatments on your medical history, exam results, and what feels comfortable for you.

Do you "crack" or "pop" joints?

Sometimes you might hear a "pop" sound during treatment, but it’s not needed for care to work. We choose techniques that fit your needs and preferences.

How many visits will I need?

How quickly you improve depends on your condition, goals, and how you respond to care. Some people see results fast, while others need a longer plan. We’ll talk openly about what to expect so you can make the best choices.

Payment, Insurance & Medicare

Do you accept insurance?

Arthrology Chiropractic is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This lets us spend more time with you and give you more personalized care.

Can I use my insurance for reimbursement?

Yes. We can give you a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can send to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Do you accept Medicare?

Right now, Arthrology Chiropractic does not treat Medicare patients because of current Medicare rules and requirements.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA or FSA cards.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes. We offer treatment packages and memberships for people who want ongoing care or performance-focused treatment. We can talk about these options during your visit.
