Where are you located?
We are located within Brookstown Wellness at 936 Burke St., Suite 5, Winston Salem, NC 27101.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have a large parking lot outside our building, and there is plenty of street-side parking available.
Do I have to pay to park in your parking lot?
No. There is complimentary parking Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If your appointment falls outside of those times, we will validate your parking.

Do you accept insurance?
After 20+ years of working within offices that accepted insurance, I have decided not to take insurance at Arthrology Chiropractic. Here are a few reasons why:
- I wanted to create an environment where my care plans were based on what my patients needed, not what the insurance companies dictated.
- I value transparency and expectations. Being out-of-network allows me to give my patients clear expectations of the cost of their treatment without any cost ambiguity often associated with insurance-based practices.
We will gladly provide you with the necessary documentation for those who desire to file for reimbursement yourself. We also accept HSA and FSA forms of payment.
How much does treatment cost?
As I mentioned above, I value transparency and expectations. Treatment plan recommendations and cost of care are always well communicated to all our patients.
Fee schedule:
Initial Visit (examination and treatment): $160.00
Subsequent chiropractic treatment: $67.00
Acupuncture: $67.00
We offer a discount for pre-paying for active care plan recommendations.
Once a patient has completed their active care plan, they can continue treatment under our Wellness & Performance membership program. Our Wellness & Performance membership offers a discount on treatment costs, retail, and supplements through our online dispensary.
Treatment cost per month:
1 visit per month: $60.30
2 visits per month: $117.25
3 visits per month: $170.85
4 visits per month: $227.80
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA, and Venmo.
Questions About Treatment
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit will include a detailed review of your health history, a comprehensive examination (vitals, movement assessment, neurologic exam, orthopedic tests), and treatment based on our exam findings.
What should I wear?
To ensure your comfort, we recommend wearing athletic clothing similar to what you would wear to the gym. Please avoid wearing restrictive attire, such as suits or dresses, as they may limit your movement during our assessment and treatment.
How long will I have to come for treatment?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Does getting adjusted hurt?
Our chiropractic adjustments are specific, gentle, and effective. Our doctor has more than 20 years of experience and extensive training and has performed over 100,000 safe adjustments. As your body starts to move in new ways, you may experience some soreness, similar to the muscle soreness that can occur when beginning a new exercise routine. It's important to note that symptoms may occasionally worsen before they improve as your body heals.
